WADSWORTH: It has been 66 years, yet Ray Holcomb still remembers the bodies floating in the English Channel. Holcomb, 90, a retired principal in the Wadsworth school district and a former Wadsworth councilman, was an officer in the Army and landed on Omaha Beach in France on D-Day, June 6, 1944.
